Everyone should join n work with any Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) company, atleast once in his lifespan.



It is a Direct Marketing or a Pyramid Marketing or a Network Marketing or a Referral Marketing.



Sales is achieved thru' Down Line and Distributors. The Upline earns a share of profits as a royalty. Downline is encouraged to sell the products, consume them and appoint further distributors. In simple words, it's a Chain Marketing.



These companies are often embroiled in legality issues of pyramid schemes, price fixing of products, high initial entry costs (for marketing kit and first products), emphasis on recruitment of others over actual sales, complex and exaggerated compensation schemes, and the company and/or leading distributors making major money off training events and materials.



Concentrate on the last one. Leave out the rest blah blah. Ignore. But play the game for your selfish aim.



Such short term association helps immensely in total personality transformation n self development. The Communication skills, Presentation skills, English speaking, Confidence building, Leadership quality, effective Public speaking, Networking skills etc can be literally shaped.



All this helps, when you really need it, in @ll your future endeavours.
