Selection of a relatively young Cyrus Mistry as Tata behemoth's head honcho is the BIGGEST news of the decade, with reference to sagging Indian Industry. It is a moral booster step by wise old gentlemen of the committee. As the saying goes : 'Trust soemone completely without doubts; in the end you would get a good person in life - or a good lesson for life!'



Now, I think, it's going to be a starting point in accelerating the growth of Industrial sector in 'aamcha Bharat Desh'. New, enthusiastic & young blood means fresh energy, pep & vigour! We all should welcome this development. Wish you ALL THE BEST Sir !!

All Pros (Professionals!) use abbreviations like Dr for Doctor, Ar for Architect, Adv for Advocate, CA for Chartered Accountant and so on; then why not Er for Engineer? I suggest all Engineers should start using Er as the abbreviation, before their name.

ANSWER is to Stagger the timings…



Case study: Mumbai



Flow is

A) from North east Mulund to CST,

& from Borivali towards Churchgate,

B) from Mulund to Saki Naka, Andheri.

C) from Mulund towards Reliance Infocom at Mahape.



A] In & around CST / Churchgate:

75 to 80% operations can start not before 2 pm and end time can be minimum 9 pm.

Govt n Semi Govt head/branch offices like Mantralaya, Sachivalaya, CR, WR, BMC, BEST, MbPT, Mazgaon Dock, Naval dockyard, Nationalised Banks, Insurance companies, HPCL, BPCL, Police, ST etc, Embassies, consulates, head/branch offices of groups like L&T, Reliance, TATA etc, BSE, private sector banks, WTC etc, Private offices at Nariman point/Cuffe Parade/Backbay/Fort/Bellard pier areas. Predominantly wholesale markets of ALL ranging from Electrical to clothing to hardware to stationery is in & around Crawfard Market, Manish Market, Phule Market, Mohta Market, Abdul Rehman street, Md Ali Road, Masjid market, Carnac area, Princess street, Lamington Rd, Tardeo Market, etc.

Suggested timing 2pm to 9 pm



B] In & around, all offices including MMRDA, PF office, MSEB, REL, at Worli, Bandra Kurla Complex, Lower Parel (upper Worli?!), Dadar, Lalbaug, Mahim, Kurla LBS Rd, Sion, Wadala Anik and all IT companies like TCS (offices at Air India building, MIDC, Banyan Park etc), Reliance Infocom at Kopar Khairane -Mahape, Reliance Jio at RCP-Ghansoli, Accenture (Saki Naka & Airoli etc), L&T Infotech (at Powai & Mahape), Cognizant / Tech Mahindra / Syntel at MIDC & Airoli, IGate-Patni & many in SEEPZ & lot many more..IT people are ALWAYS on call, at office or at residence !!! Factories like Godrej, Mahindra Mahindra, L&T etc.



AND



C] In & around Navi Mumbai : Govt /Semi Govt offices like CIDCO, NMMC, MPCB, Konkan Railway, industries like Reliance Industries, Siemens, Bharat Bijlee etc from Digha-Kalwa to Belapur belt, and all call centers & back office functions across sectors…

Suggested that of the above, 75 to 80% operations can be done at Start time 10 pm and end time 6 am



Small amount of timings can be overlapped so as to facilitate interdependency of functions & roles…this shall be decided judiciously by individual entity..



Can we not reduce traffic congestion? Usage of electricity/water/roads etc would be optimal…avoid peaks…Life would be easier…

Salute to great visionary Shri Dhirubhai Ambani.



I often wonder how this behemoth called 'Reliance' came into being. This is an awesome story of a Man, who believed in his (day) dreams & worked relentlessly to achieve (more correct word is conquer) them. What drove this man to scale such heights, so far unheard of, in the history of Indian Industry. How to explain this phenomenal phenomenon? In my opinion He has displayed that "the one who has belief, no explanation is necessary and to one without belief, no explanation is possible.”



Let us all make a resolution to collectively emulate success story of Shri Dhirubhai Ambani !!
