31st December is a special day for me. Very very special n important. It's been like a super festival since last so so so many years.
Planning has @lways been meticulous. Upto minute details. Food, hard drinks, soft drinks, location n @ll. And it's been celebrated with friends, and our families, together. In fact children have always been there, with us, the participants. From tiny tots, to teens to mature adults, now.
Exactly at 2359 hrs of 31st December, all lights are switched off. The drinks glasses are kept ready for a toast. From 0000 hrs of the new year, the first of January, all hell breaks loose. Cheering, whistling, clapping, n off course gulping down the remnants n refilling, and what not.
Thereafter, resumption of the session. Till wee hours.
This time, new year celebrations for myself, will be without drinks, period.
But without saying, without doubt, the show must and will go ON...
