Dress Code is a western concept.

A function, by itself, demands that we wear certain kind of clothes.

For any kind of an event to celebrate, an occasion to commemorate, a joyous function, a raison d'e^tre, it's but natural that everyone puts on, dons, best attire possible. Similarly, for sad occurances, everyone dresses accordingly.



Dress Code, normally, is for good occassions. It can be anything, ranging from a specific colour, to strict formals, to only jackets, to alike, for the gentlemen.



For the dames, choice is wider. Naturally! It can be anything ranging from specific colour, to ethnic, to traditional, to a salwar kameez, to saree, to slacks, to funky, to mix n match, to cartoon, to western, to anything...



The concept of having a Dress Code results in a variety n a wide collection, for a central n single theme.
