मित्र, बराच मोकळा वेळ, चहा, कँज्युअल बैठक, कधीतरी दारू पार्टी, गप्पा, वेगवेगळे विषय, घर, काम, धंदा, खेळ, राजकारण, सिनेमे, नाटकं, मारलेल्या टूर्स, समाजकारण, शिळेप्याच्या गप्पा, अवांतर, मित्राचा मित्र, एकत्र बैठक, दारू, गप्पा कंटिन्यूड, त्याची ओळख, रेफरन्स, फोन काँल, ई मेल, मिटिंग, ज्युनियर मिडल लेव्हल पर्सन, वेगळे डिपार्टमेंट, रेफरन्स, रि डायरेक्शन, कन्सर्नड आँथाँरिटी, काम.



The problem nowadays is that there is tremendous importance to the reference. Whether it's a new job, or job change, or even profile change, or professional work, everyone gives priority to the reference (and recommendation) from known source. The direct the reference, the better the chances of trust, and ultimately, a job or whatever.



हा ह्याच्याकडून आलाय, ह्याचे काम करूया. ह्याच्याकडून, म्हणजे आपल्या मित्रा कडून, किंवा मित्राच्या मित्राकडून किंवा मित्राच्या ओळखीने. ओळख वाढते कशामुळे? सहवास, भेटीगाठी, आवड, चर्चा, चाय पे चर्चा किंवा, किंवा, hold your breathe! दारू पिताना चर्चा! The persons who enjoy each other's company, drink together merrily, spend individual valuable time for mutual benefit and readily ready to help is JUST because of common thread ie दारू.



And rightly so!



Whether we like it or not, it's a proven psyche that दारू plays a vital role. अर्थातच दारू पार्टी म्हणजे सर्वस्व किंवा हे एकच कारण आहे वा न पिणारे जगत नाहीत का वगैरे इत्यादि, agreed, fully.



But still...
