Two symbolic case studies:

* Mobile network jammed.
Call drop issues. 

= New cell towers need to be installed. New Fibre
optic cable needs to be laid. Connectivity n signalling to be enhanced. 

~ Tremendous opposition to tower installation -
threat of radiation! Tremendous opposition to road excavation to facilitate
cable laying.

But my mobile should work properly;
how? If you are not allowing to do these activities? DON'T KNOW! Day by day,
mobile users are increasing...then how? DON'T KNOW!

* Power fails frequently.
There is a load shedding.

= New Sub stations are required to be commissioned. New underground cables /
overhead lines alongwith towers are required to be installed. System capacity
needs to be augmented.

~ Tremendous opposition to tower installation n overhead line stinging /
underground cable laying. Tremendous opposition to forfeit space required for
Sub station.

But I should get
uninterrupted power supply on 24x7x365 basis. If you are not allowing to do
these activities? DON'T KNOW! Day by new consumers are getting added, load is
increasing. Then how? DON'T KNOW!!
