Since 1979-80, I am going to this joint. Greatest Misal in the world, I can vouch for it.
Method of eating: once inside n seated comfortably (tables are small, water glasses occupy certain area), order 'tikhat' Misal. If you are wearing full shirt then roll up your sleeves. Take out your mobile phone(s), switch them off. Take out your handkerchief and place it evenly on your lap. Misal Pav would have been served now. Dish size is small, so with great skill mix the Misal with 2 given spoons without spilling it out. Mix it properly. Start eating. And remember one golden rule - don't speak till you are finished. Finish 2 pavs and order 1 pav alongwith tikhat rassa. Finish everything now. Now you can have one glass of water. Then, in the same spirit order one more tikhat Misal Pav. Finish this Misal with given 2 pav. Have one more glass of water. Order bill. Use your hanky to wipe off your mouth. Roll down your sleeves. Get your belongings, pay at the counter - no need for a tip. Come out. Switch on your mobile(s).
Move on admiring the taste repeatedly...
It's a ritual for me for last 33-34 years.

PS: I do not recommend buttermilk thereafter. In my opinion the taste of Misal should linger for some time...
