This is similar to Maharashtra Times campaign during Navaratri utsav since last few years. Gimmic is that they allocate 9 colours for 9 days and @ll fall for it! So we get @ll n sundry working ladies/of various 'mandals' wearing respective colour dress/saree on those particular day!
That's 4th pillar of democracy for you!
