Business tips #1

Be very clear and explicit regarding commercial terms n conditions.
 
During technical scrutiny n technical discussions, certain commercial matters are @lways deliberated.

Do NOT agree to commercial matters with technical team. Request meeting with relevant commercial authority first. Be outspoken and very clear about payment terms. Insist on advance before commencing, howsoever Big the client may be!
 
If clients want professional technical deliverables, do expect professional commercial deliverables, read payment, from them!
 
Paradigm shift is needed as far as we, consultants are concerned!
